Retreat at Sweetwater

Hi review family!!! I just had the most wonderful experience, just by swinging by for a friend and looking for information and checking out the apartment they had available. My guy Alex / leasing consultant, was very professional, personable, and information giving without me even having to ask in anyway. He made me feel at home, and not nervous at all. He greeted me with the upmost respect, and was very educational on my friends needs and wants. He is truly awesome, and I would recommend anybody to him hands-down. This place is amazing! Walkidia is amazing ! She assisted me with all my needs and was so patient with me while uploading all my documents. She listened to all my needs and addressed any questions I have had. She even assisted me down to getting my lights and everything on. My kids literally gravitated to her so you know her energy is amazing . If you are looking for an amazing place to stay you should come here . The apartments are beautiful inside and out ! I’m amazed with the service I received and not to mention I was approved the same day with no issue ! She’s such a great soul .

The staff is very helpful and has a really quick response time for fixing issues. Mike spent over an hour fixing my dishwasher, he did a fantastic job as does the rest of the maintenance and desk staff. We really appreciate Mike and the crew!

My whole move in experience was phenomenal. A1 service And fast response to the application. I worked with Alex and he’s great. Alex made sure my move was smooth nice and easy. Out of all the places I ever stayed in, Alex was the best at communicating everything clearly. I’m so excited about staying here and looking forward to many years at this location.

Alex was absolutely amazing!!!! he helped me find the apartment i wanted exactly from inside to floor level, and appliances. i waited jus to be helped by him to finish my application process! go to him for any apartment needs. he was very helpful and patient.
