Retreat at RTP

My first time visiting the retreat at RTP. I must say the place is beautiful and the location is great. I personally like the location in private cut if I must say. The property manager Melanie was very nice and easy to get along with. Any questions I had she was able to answer as well to Genesis the assistant manager was also very nice and helpful. She gave me a tour around the place with so much ease and explained everything.I give this location 5 stars and I highly recommend.

1/10 don’t recommend. Some of the staff are inconsiderate, and rude. Specifically Courtney (as I also see in the comments) There was no patience with my move in progress and gratefully I was denied. Which wasn’t the problem, the communication was. It was all new to me and of course I had questions. It was a hectic process with it all. Long story short, Im having the same issues as some of you in these comments. I was told I would receive my refund within 3 weeks and didn’t. I waited and waited to check back with them (for their sake) and they ended up telling me it wasn’t even sent out to be issued back to me. I waited and waited again. Currently still waiting and they now say it’s problems with the other end? Who? What other end? Why wasn’t I updated on that UNTIL asked? It’s very inconve

Looking for a new apartment since I’m changing jobs, toured here the other day. Courtney showed me a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, she was extremely nice and made the process much easier. The complex itself was good as well, the colors, designs, ect were very pleasing to the eye. I also liked the general area, although it’s near an extremely busy area, the complex itself feels as if it’s off to the side and not quite as busy.

I loved this place! I stayed on the third floor near the pool, so sometimes it got a little noisy, but it didn’t bother me. Kind of sucks that the pool hours got changed, but the residents weee really taking advantage of the pools by throwing random parties there with a TON of people, so I get it. My one bedroom felt like home sweet home for 4 years. Maintenance moves fast! It was a little long trying to get my security deposit back, so you have to stay on them for that, but still, overall, it’s a nice place to call home. They do steadily increase rent, and it ultimately got too expensive to live here, but you get something pretty nice for the price…at least I did.

Nothing but great things to say! Courtney was such a gem to us in our search for an apartment, making it easy to transition to Retreat at RTP, and I can’t say a single thing has changed since living here. The staff are always helpful and attentive to our needs and all of the maintenance work we may need is done very promptly. Great place to live and you definitley feel welcome here!
