From the very beginning, Paulette guided me through every step of the process without any pressure, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. I also want to express my gratitude to Mike Hedrick, who initially encouraged me to explore single-family homes, after he recognized my need. His insight led me to Paulette, and from there, my journey truly began. Paulette introduced me to Kyla Priddy for financing, and Kyla was incredibly helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. We are happy that we stumbled into Retreat One. after looking at old houses for sale, buying a new Stanley Martin Home was a no brainer.

Worse experience ever with a builder this kind especially the sales team, it is every difficult to reach them when you need to inquire about something. Their excuse is always out of office or helping another customer. Don’t fall for their lender that they have as well, they don’t work for you as a customer they work for their boss .All they care about is to get ride of the units and make their numbers looks good. My experience was not as I expected!

I would like to say thanks to Mike Hedrick for being very professional and knowledgeable about the Stanley Martin Holmes Retreat at One. During the open house tour Mr. Hedrick was attentive with what my daughter and I was looking for and explained the differences in the condos layout and upgrades. I felt very relaxed talking-to and conducting business with Mr. Hedrick because of his professionalism as well as his personality. I purchased a condo for my daughter because Mike was awesome and I didn't feel rushed or pushed. Thanks Mike.

My husband and I are selling our individual homes to find "Our" home (newlyweds). We were notified that new homes were being sold in an area (Brook Road) which I was not too fond of, but my husband who is a native, informed me that the area is being revitalized and per our mortgage consultant, that is a good thing. Well, on our way home from church, we drove by the area to confirm the location while out touring other homes and saw that there were both townhouses and single family. A few weeks later, we wanted to tour but when we arrived, we discovered it was by appointment only, but because I wasnt completely sold on the area, we continued looking elswhere until, a few weeks later.
