Retreat at Johns Creek

My experience with the management of this apartment complex had been consistently frustrating. The ceiling in my unit actually broke, and water has been leaking and pooling inside the apartment. Despite reporting this serious issue, management just played blaming games against the vendor. The vendor really helped us during this bad phase in this apartment. My wife was 6 months pregnant at that time and I requested for apartment change. The management is completely money minded and just asked me to pay termination fees and move out. There is no humanity. Worst guysss!!!! I would give 0 star!!!

I've been living here for almost 10 years. Over the past few years, the management of this place has changed multiple times. However, the current management stands out with outstanding performance in terms of communication with residents, maintenance, and residential facilities. It definitely feels like luxury apartments! Excellent location and great community – highly recommended. Retreat at Johns Creek has one of the best locations in the Atlanta area. You can easily walk to Whole Foods, Publix, Target, Home Depot, Dollar Tree, and many restaurants nearby. Everything you need for daily life is within walking distance. It is also very close to Duluth, with excellent infrastructure. H Mart, Chinese grocery markets, and Costco are only about a 10-minute drive away. Peachtree Corners Town Center, Forum, and Trader Joe’s are also within 10 minutes by car. In my opinion, this is one of the best locations in the Atlanta area. Just been couple of days since we moved in. I would like to say that the maintenance team is doing a great job. There were few fixes in our unit to be done and the maintenance team did the fixing promptly and efficiently. Thanks to Frankie and Hector 👏🏼
