Retreat at Horizon Hills Apartments

We had a fantastic stay at Horizon Retreat. Having already stayed at another hotel in Tam Coc, I can assure you that Horizon Retreat is a cut above the rest. The place is simply exceptional. Unlike most hotels, often built close together, this one is set away from the ultra-touristy area, surrounded by local houses and located in a peaceful setting. The view over the plains is absolutely breathtaking. The main pool is very pleasant, and we were lucky enough to also have a small private pool, which we highly recommend. The staff are incredibly kind. One evening, Mr. Compagnon had forgotten his watch in a temple; without hesitation, the team took him on a scooter to retrieve it before closing. Go without hesitation!

I had to find a place in two weeks before moving down here to El Paso; it's funny to say this was the first place I clicked on. The apartments looked good to me, and when I got here in person, I was not disappointed at all. I gave them a call and spoke with both Stephanie and Brenda, and all I can say is that they made everything easy; the whole process was smooth. They told me everything I had to do, and they were straight up about the prices. There were no surprise fees or anything that came up. I had a really disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I specifically called the office the day before to request that pest control not enter my unit. Despite that, someone still came in. After that visit, I noticed that a gold chain worth thousands of dollars was missing. I reported it immediately, but the office took no responsibility and simply told me to file a police report, even though I had already asked them to prevent anyone from entering in the first place. It felt like a complete lack of accountability on their part. On top of that, I left the apartment in great condition when I moved out. Somehow the charges they added ended up being just enough to completely wipe out my entire deposit, leaving me with nothing back. It was extremely frustrating and felt very unfa

The apartments, like everything around, are brand new... therefore, google maps don't show them. The last building is still under construction... perhaps 2 to 3 months more. I visited them recently, I love the place! No gardens, no garages, no carports, no pool YET. But these apartments look very promising. Looking forward to move!

Honestly dude I was very comfortable living there with my family, the neighbors were friendly the staff people were cool and my job and kids schools was real close to home. I just bought a home but believe it or not I have more storage space in these apartments than my home lol. And at night the view is beautiful of the horizon. I would recommend leasing here very convenient area
