They are always quick to respond to maintenance issues. I have had nothing but positive interaction with staff.

It's a blessing to live here. Having lived here for over 6 months now, I love it. I feel like I am living in luxury. It's comfortable, peaceful, and quiet at night, most of all safe. Great neighbors. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I want to thank the owner and management for making it affordable. Logan is such a beautiful place to be. I went to USU in the early 70's and loved it then even more now. Hardly any if ever any traffic and driving here is pleasant and people are very friendly. I haven't had one bad experience. God has surely blessed me.

It's been a pleasant place to live. My neighbors are great. Nice and clean everywhere! Looking forward to spring. The heating bills are way too high... I think they didn't properly insulate, but running the A/C 24/7 was NEVER even close to the heating costs.

Beautiful Apts, nice wide halls, great elevator, quiet inside Apt. I hope to see scheduled activities in the clubhouse so residents can get to know each other. An improvement would be to have a door-to-door trash pickup service once a week funded by a $10/monthly charge included with the rent. Mason has been great!

I love the apartment. There are 3 things I think should be included to call it a place for seniors. 1. The toilet is so low I thought I was going to sit on the floor. Seniors need higher toilets. 2. There are no grab bars in or near the shower. Seniors are unsteady. Grab bars are life saving. 3. There is not a vent in the bathroom. That is important. Other than those things moving any time is a big pain. I have never had fun moving.
