If you have any disabilities, look elsewhere. Pool has not been opened yet the property advertises a “beautiful” pool. The entire pool area which includes grills and a lawn area are closed due to “remodeling”, yet I have not seen any work to the empty pool being done. No security or courtesy officer. Walls are paper thin, we can hear our neighbors’ conversations. Extremely poor workmanship. Loud parties every weekend. Contacted management about the loud parties and provided apartment number and the loud parties and broken glass bottles are reoccurring events. The heating/cooling unit is extremely loud. Master shower does not contain water. Maintenance attempted to repair water issue and stated they would contact the contractor and we are still waiting. Narcotics usage is also a reoccurrin

I've been living here for 2 months now and I have to say I love this place! The office staff are amazing and friendly! Vianey made my corporate move in seamless, simple and very quick! The amenities are incredible, you will never and I mean never find a gym like this at another apartment complex anywhere! Believe me when I say this as I travel the country for work. the owners brother Christian did an awesome job fitting the gym up! Also shoutout to Christian for saving me on a failed bench press rep but also making me work for and finish the rep properly! The quality of the apartments are ok but I also understand they had some GC issues that they are working to correct as far as quality of install. Also be patient with maintenance as they are busting their butts trying to play catch up.

READ EVERY FINE PRINT IN THE LEASE. my husband has orders moving us out of town. We gave them the orders as they need. We came home to a paper stating we had to pay full months rent and utilities. For the rest of February. A little ridiculous considering we won’t be living here till the end of the month …. But whatever we said that’s fine we will suck it up and pay the $2000 . Then I called to ask if there was anything they would be able to do for the utilities since they also charge to cute off utilities before feb28. The women proceeded to tell me they can’t do anything because when the utilities get transferred back to them they get charged by the electric company so they will have to charge us… but was unable to tell me how much! Apartments look nice in pictures but this was poorly built. The patio doors are uneven, the front door will not lock unless you pull the life out of it. Floors are scratched, stained, the AC is loud enough to wake me up. The apartment itself smells like dog pee, it was definitely not cleaned prior to moving in. I was greeted by a huge feces stain on the toilet... a ton of poops in the patio from the previous owners... the cleaning individuals came to " clean it up" . The poops were swept under the dirt and the majority of them were still there. There' are plenty of potty areas for your pets however , they are right next to your apartment /window and the stench- use your imagination. Maybe placing them away In corners? do your research , definitely do a walkthrough of the apartment you're
