Retreat at 138 Apartments

I would not recommend at all I have been living here for 3 yrs and nothing has been fixed properly just RIGGED up!! The AC has been going out since August 2025 and all they done is replace filters when the AC company stated I need a new unit. I have mold in my apartment which is causing myself to get sick and I already have auto immune disease and heart condition. We have had 4 scorpions in my apartment… the windows in apartment does not close all the way down and I have tape on it to keep bugs and dirty from coming in. The fans in bedrooms are not properly secured. There’s opening under my door which allows bugs to come in. I don’t have a proper covering for the outer part of my door like other doors. Certain taps on the stoves work at certain times. Vents in bedrooms does not blow out an

Christian, the property manager, and her entire team — especially Ms. Wanda, my leasing agent — went above and beyond to make my transition from Midtown Atlanta to Stockbridge seamless. The apartment itself is stunning: brand-new carpets and floors, a brand-new washer and dryer, and every detail feels fresh and well-maintained. I was paying $2,800 a month in Midtown for a cramped two-bedroom, and now I have a spacious home with the same great amenities — plus a beautiful swimming pool and a much calmer, more relaxed environment. If anyone has a bad opinion it was different management this team is on point the old skool maintenance man is on point n handle business if you not paying your bill on time then that's different sometimes people dont get what they want and come and leave bad reviews but these 3 ladies in that office is outstanding and understandable not money hungry I've been here 3 months now I go to the office here and there to show my face but other than that run dont walk to move in for 300$ they take a minute to get you in but thats okay because the units are updated and cleared and cleaned thank you soo much moving from the city to stockbridge was extremely nice and I am g

I signed up with a lady named renee, shes a older lady in her 40s or 60s i cant tell but def elderly but still functional. Everything was great when i first moved in but its a BIG LIST OF WHY YOU SHOULD NOT RENT HERE! So ive been living here for 3 months and i always pay my rent on time. Ms renee calls me saying how i owe $50. Then she said she gonna add $100. I said why ms renee? She said because i owe and im late on rent. Mind you my rent is paid for this month & im just trying to pay early like i normally do. A week ahead so i dispute to her. Hey. This $50 that i owe is not for this month it would be for next month. Mind you i paid the months rent i was trying to pay early for next momths & it declined so they charged me $50. But ms renee wanted to say i have to pay that $50 the next da

I love my apartment and the office staff if great. Ms. Renee is the best. The ground are always kept up. No noise complaints at all. I would recommend these apartments. 12/2/2024…..So I’ve been here for 1 year and I still feel the same…Ms. Renee is the best. I really like dealing with here. She had a kind spirit and i love the friendly atmosphere I get when I go in the office.
