We bought our first house through this agency. Our agent (Dottie) was excellent. She presented our offer to a "for sale by owner" property. Super helpful and we had multiple walk around meetings to make sure we were happy. She made sure we were comfortable, and she made sure to explain everything to us because we were first time buyers. I refered her and this agency multiple times and will continue to do so. Two other houses I know that she personally sold others and they are more than happy with this agency as well.
Being a first time home buyer Kim Kovall made the process Amazing, Fun, and so easy. She went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. And help me find the perfect home for me and my kids. I would recommend to anyone!!
Easy to work with they listen to what you are looking for and do all they can to help you find it. They helped me buy my house and I have recommended them to others also.
They do not take offers to sellers if the buyers have their own agent.
