My one year stay was “okay” however they never fixed the dishwasher, even after 3 inspections, some baseboards were damaged, stove and fridge were old, but working! And to top it off they LIED about damages to keep my deposit, I have pictures with date stamps showing they are lying!! I never thought after such a friendly encounter with office staff they would have the audacity to LIE for money!!
The place is really nice. The air conditioning is strong. The pool is nice with shade. The fence just makes it a pain to have to walk around to get to the pool.
I lived here for 11yrs and miss it people of the office is good 2 I would to go back
Friendly neighborhood. Family friendly. Nice apts
