Reston Glade

I am so grateful to Mrs. Ada Rodriguez for helping me find my new apartment for me and my family. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth organized, and stress-free. Mrs. Rodriguez, genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy.

Nice apartments! I’ve been living here for almost a year and have had no issues. The Maintenance team and office staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.

Went there for a tour, one of the leasing agent Alex took forever to take us in we wanted for almost 30mins, until the property manager Ada came in and took us in immediately. She was so helpful, they didn't have the apartment that we wanted to tour but instead gave us another one that was similar. Ada gave us the perfect picture of it throughout the tour and answered all of our questions. But apparently the information on their website is different, I had to email them about it to make sure we were on the same page. But Ada never replied back to email, so I email Alex but he was also unhelpful. We really want to apply for the apartment, but we are still unsure of the accurate information that were given to us.

We have been in this apartment for less than a month. Rather than give my opinions, I will state facts: We were supposed to move in to an apartment in a building on the other side of the complex that was in “pristine” condition. It was not ready on the agreed upon date. According to the leasing office it needed to be repainted. Due to my husband’s military obligations and the fact that we paid movers for June 25th we could not change the move in date without significant financial penalties. We were offered a different apartment that was “move in ready.” The apartment had some cosmetic defects that were disclosed to us such as chips in the floor, a bathroom vanity needing replacement, and a closet door needing a new handle. I have been living here in Reston Glade for almost a year. I honestly don't regret this choice at all. On the contrary, my family and I feel very happy here. So I recommend all my friends and those who are looking for a nice and quiet place to live to choose Reston Glade, I am sure you will never regret it. I would like to thank the management and manager in particular Ada Rodriguez, the Manager, is incredibly nice and very helpful. She takes every request seriously and always approaches it with a positive attitude. She makes sure to address any concerns promptly and provides thoughtful solutions.
