Eric helped me sell my first home and purchase a new one. I felt like I was entering uncharted waters because I had never sold/bought a home at the same time and was very nervous about timing things right so I was not in between homes. Eric helped me find and purchase some vacant land. The purchase price was below what we expected, so he did an excellent job negotiating the price down. After that he guided us through the Construction loan, and custom home builder process. When we were ready he helped us sell our home for more than asking price! Eric is personable, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and quick to respond. I will never use another realtor.
