When I first moved into this property there were several things I would have given five stars on. After 3 years of living at 4920 Rushden Road I have experienced nothing but hardships. They will in fact promptly fix all of the maintenance requirements but Jerry Ryan will speak to you as if you are beneath him. He has the worst customer service of someone who is in the business. He does not side with his tenants. Instead he will threaten to terminate your lease at the first sign of a misunderstanding. I would never rent from this company again and would suggest anyone planning to to avoid them like the plague. We have had our share of bad experiences in renting -- RPM doesn't fit that description. A year into our relationship and we can appreciate the professionalism. When working with Jerry I can see his dedication and passion for his profession. Being the bridge between owner and renter is no easy task, and I feel this team does an exceptional job to ensure the quality of life a family deserves is a high priority. Thank you

Jerry Ryan was someone that NOT ONE HUMAN should deal with. He has been rude, very intrusive on privacy with my family. Calls at all hours when HE feels as though he can. Wakes my daughter up, by banging on our door. He was not only disrespectful, rude and should not be in any type of reality in anyone's company, but if he ever has the nerve to show up at MY place of residents for time being, then I'll be sure and make sure he won't again. He's a disgrace to the company he works for. So, congrats Jerry Ryan you have managed to make your firm look absolutely disgraceful. SMH you outta be ashamed of the level of maturity and professionalism you have portrayed. Or lack there of I should say.

I am still currently renting through this company, and I can say that if you follow their process of maintenance requests (Online, not by phone) and have PATIENCE knowing that they have several customers, your issue is taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time! I submitted an online request about our water heater being broken and leaking at 2:30 PM on a Friday, and heard back from the company by email at 6:00 PM the same day with a plumber coming out the next day. Jerry Ryan (the owner) is always the one doing the communication and is always very respectful over email. He sets reasonable expectations of when something will be fixed and answers any questions I may have. I spent 16 months dealing with this company. The first 11 months were great, besides a few hiccups with them not responding to messages. When it came time for me to renew my lease, everything went south, quickly. Without explaining the specific situational details, which would be irrelevant to any other Owner/Tenant- it was a nightmare to deal with Jerry. He is one to "flex" his "power" whenever he chooses. I could not reach him on the phone after calling at least 60 times. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to meet him at his "office", but only received the most nasty emails in return. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their exchanges peaceful, as I always do. I was degraded and disrespected by him through every correspondence until I moved out. I am no
