I agree with Marvin Jr on some of the same experiences, it has been a little over two months for my family and I'm not getting the better I hoped and moved from previous residence for. I regret not asking more questions and checking more of the property at viewing. The maintenance crew is prompt in response but it takes repeated requests, the leasing agent was very kind;I'm hoping for early lease termination.

I have lived in my apartment for almost 5 years under this company, I love my place and my location. The landlord is very responsive and reasonable. Have reasonable expectations and you will have a great experience. Shout outs to my favorite office staff Brenda and Francisco for all their help!

I currently live in a unit owned by Resource Management and it has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life. From waiting an extra week to move in because of the lack of communication from property management to constant maintenance requests. Clifton Village apartments are just plain bad. Bad AC unit, multiple halfway done things left behind by “renovation” workers, paper thin walls and ceilings, residents not picking up after dogs, electrical outages, water leaks & valve problems. This is only my 2nd month in said property and I don’t know if I’m going to make it 10 more. Please check property THOROUGHLY and ask EVERY question before renting here.

Been living in a unit for 7 months and love it. The management is phenomenal, if you need something fixed they make it easy for you to contact them and get someone to fix it for you. Would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay

Great company! I already lived in two unit, an older building and a condo and love both. Maintenance can take some time but just be patient! Good management. If you have a problem, please contact the manager directly!
