Be warned that when you rent from Resource you are not purchasing the product you expected. When we viewed the listing online AND toured in person, we were never notified that our unit would not look the same as the one viewed. We called the company out for false advertising and afterwards were given the option to receive our deposit back or to have the unit upgraded to match the one we were shown for a higher rate. Neither option was appropriate given the time and money we lost after being deceived. The company also refused to reimburse any additional expenses we incurred. Now we have no place to live in Athens and are forced to commute for work. Throughout the entire process communication was a challenge. McClure Springs is a great place to live! It’s a quiet little community tucked away in the heart of Oakwood. Close to INK, the park, and Oakwood’s splash pad. Everyone is friendly and most of all safe.

We recently moved into Mcclure springs. We were met with prompt attention to our maintenance requests. Katie has gone out of her way to celebrate the holiday this year!

Wasted my time and money. Signed a lease for an apartment that was nothing like what I toured. No updated appliances, no marble counters, different layout and compact backyard with litter outside. Someone was suppose to meet us on the first day and no one showed. I was refunded my security deposit but now have no where to live in Athens and are forced to commute for work. Terrible with communication and would never recommend this company.
