Disappointing Experience with Resort Management (Property Manager) I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided by Resort Management Property Management company for the Egret Condominium located in Naples, Florida. My recent interactions with their team, particularly with Kris (or Chris) at extension 0617, left much to be desired. Communication has been extremely challenging, with no follow-up on very simple questions.
