Thanks to Logan and Peter for their hard work cleaning our halls and carport parking at Pelican Preserve, Palazzo Way.

I visited this property management office on Foxhall Way due to a water emergency at my property. Unfortunately, the only assistance I received was the manager's office phone number. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, there was no response. I asked the receptionist if there was anyone else who could assist with our emergency, but was told that no one else was available. This experience was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this management company, as they appear to be unresponsive and unreliable. They do not provide the level of service they advertise

Very unhelpful reception. We had to go there 3 times to get car passes for our car to access the community gate where we bought a house. First time she turned us down as we didn’t have a warranty deed in our possession. Next time we went with the deed & she handed us a sheaf of papers to fill out but couldn’t get us the passes as it was 30 min past the issue window! There was no smile, no apology, no explanations. I’d call this Resort Mismanagement!

Slow to respond, unreliable and when questioned/challenged they go silent .Just moved to a new management company and now dealing with lost records. should have left sooner. Dont waste your time and HOA fees with Resorts

The employees here are not very friendly especially the front desk she never greets you nicely and it bothers her to answer your questions, however that is her job.
