Horrible Experience, Matthew Stroble aka President does not Value his Clients. I used ResideTX to assist me in closing a Commercial Lease. I gave them the Property and asked them to handle the details. They completely dropped the ball and lost the Lease. When I asked what happened he didn't even have the correct address. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, Once again I gave them another listing that was also on their suggested property listings. It took them 45 days to make anything happen... Correction. I had to call and make the appointment with less than a week from my deadline. My agent couldn't show up for the appointment, then when I got the lease they couldnt even negotiated my terms. I called and asked either negotiate my terms or drop me from my Agreement. Matthew insults m
