I am writing this review on behalf of my husband Stan Barnes. Since, I retired I've been out of sync with my payment dates for all my bills as I now get paid on different dates. As a result, I overlooked my HOA payment, thus I was charged a late fee. I explained my situation to Cambria Hall who was very understanding. After our conversation, she reversed my late fee and now I'm current with my payments. Thanks!
