We had a great experience with RMS, specifically, Rob Everhart. From the beginning, he was wonderful about explaining all the steps to us, going over what would be required etc. Once we found a house we loved, he took the time again to sit down with us and go over what the payments would be, how closing would break down etc. Even with a delay on the seller's end, we were kept in the loop of the progress. Everyone else that we worked with at RMS was also very helpful in getting our loan approved and getting us in our new home!

So many mistakes made, pushed our house buying process back 2 months. They tried to say we owed July's rent (RMS) but they didnt transfer our loan to Mr.Cooper. Mr.Cooper put in a payment dispute. They were professional just very disorganized. I would never recommend anyone going through them unless you want to keep resending the same documents, having people on vacation (unresponded emails for a full week) apparently went to her junk mail but why isnt someone filling us in or having someone else take over for the time being. Update: Since you (Abby Fansworth) want to reach out to out new lender and request a refund of a full months rent for no apparent reason you will be hearing from my attorney now.

Buying a home from five hours away was a daunting experience. However, Tracy and Theresa made the process so easy. Tracy was clear in stating what she needed of me; everything was done/signed on line, until I was in the area for closing. She answered my many questions with understandable answers. Sometimes I kept waiting "for the shoe to fall"- feeling things were going too smoothly! The shoe never fell!

Elizabeth and Rob are incredible! They really took great care of all my needs. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a mortgage! Best customer service that I have ever received! Thank you guys so very much!

Stephanie Eggar is the best of the best. She is works fast, is friendly and extremely helpful throughout the loan process. She works extremely hard and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
