Buying is hard, but RMC made it easy! The extremely friendly and professional staff leveraged their significant local expertise to help navigate a complicated closing of a foreclosed property. They deftly handled an aggressive 30 day closing schedule, skilfully moderated negotiations with the stodgy seller (it's tough dealing with bank-owned property!), and found a great rate at a local bank that (unlike most banks) didn't immediately shuffle service of the loan to the highest bidder. They even referred me to an extremely trustworthy realtor who was instrumental to finding my new home. I couldn't imagine how painful the process would have been without RMC helping every step of the way, and I will absolutely use them again!
