Residences at the Promenade

I lived here for a little over a year. It was by far the most expensive apartment I've ever had, and yet the most negative apartment experience as well. Other reviews that mention passive aggressive management are spot on. While moving in, they claimed that my professional movers had broken the elevator and I would have to pay for "the very expensive" repair costs. I walked over and the elevator was working completely fine. Come to find out while living there, the elevator regularly would break down once a month anyway. I had to argue to have a $20 filter on the microwave replaced after a year (the recommended replacement time is 6 months, and I got the impression that the previous tenant in my unit never had anything done, so I was wondering if the filter was 5 years old at that point).

Hi , I moved in three months ago from my condo in center city to be close to my children, well let tell you living here like a resort the staff is very nice and accommodating I mean each person in the office is ready to make my stay very comfortable the building is well maintained clean and secure the location is great for shopping I would recommend it very highly Thank you to staff and management Andre D

My current review as of November 2023 is just based on my pre-leasing experiences thus far, and I'll continue to update once I officially begin being a resident. General apartment info/fees: - Upfront/one time fees: = $75 app fee = Deposit (may be more):$1000 deposit vs $199 non-refundable deposit = $200 admin - Monthly fee: None. Utilities are not included. - Parking: East building has 1 free spot in the garage. $50 for an extra car in the garage. West building you can park outside for free. Under cover (kind of a garage) is $150 a car and reserved. - Guest parking: Free - Floors: Technically 5, but the 1st floor is reserved for the garage, stories, leasing, etc; - There is a mailroom, Amazon lockers, and package room - Internet: Verizon Fios and Comcast - No appliances use gas. Great value! Outstanding staff. Friendly neighbors. My Kidz feel at home.

Great place to live. Wonderful amenities. Best part is having so many stores and restaurants right downstairs. Highly recommend Promenade!
