Residences At The Manor

We are in the process of moving from out of state with me following my husband in a few months. we had a short period of time to find a new home. We worked with Deborah who was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was candid in discussing how the property were fit our personal needs and even shared her experiences as a resident of the Manor. We felt heard, respected, and welcome. our move-in process was smooth. we look forward to making our new home in MD with such a great start here at the Manor. I love the quiet space I found in the business center! I cannot wait to see the property in the spring with everything in bloom.

My wife and I have lived here over the last 3 years and just recently moved out only because we found a bigger space. It was an absolutely wonderful experience living here. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and attentive which is far better than anywhere I have lived in the past. The unit we rented had very little issues over the course of our stay and anytime something needed attention it usually got handled the next day! Completely unexpected but welcome! Thank you so much to Christiaan in the office for answering any questions while we lived here and making the move in/move out process seamless. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Frederick area.

Move to Maryland for work in May and I really like how the development looked. The apartment I was shown however was not the same as the one I got. I was waiting for it and was told that it would be the same but it isnt has old carpet that needed to be replaced as for many of the appliances like a dishwasher that won't drain a stove that is extremely old and the washer dyer combo is also outdated. There are knife marks one the countertops l, areas that needed to be spackled but instead just pained over and the faucet in one of the bathrooms is coming apart which I will see if maintenance can fix. Recent signs of mice and saw my first roach. All the issues I addressed in the form when I first lived in have not been addressed. I will be looking into legal on what to do cause I can't move to

I don't live here but I've been trying for a week straight to contact someone at the leasing office to schedule a tour. The number works and then when you press the option to speak to someone about leasing, it says they're unavailable. They don't respond to e-mails either. BOOOOOOOOOO.

They denied my roommate and I based on our credit, which wasn’t great, because of credit card debt. Both of us have perfect renting histories though, so that system is a bit stupid. They charge you the $250 amenity fee when you apply and tell you if you’re denied, you’ll get a check back with the money in 45 days. Which already is a crazy amount of time. Well it’s been almost 2 months since we were denied and they haven’t said anything about the check, so I called them. Oh it’s at the office. They’ve had it for a week. Ok... I go to pick it up and try to mobile deposit it and it doesn’t work. So I try the atm. Doesn’t work. I try inside the bank. Doesn’t work. I even went to Walmart to try to cash it. Nope. So they’re out here cutting people bad checks. I returned the check and they said t
