Residences at Garden City

First off the location is UNBEATABLE. Right behind Garden City Center (you have a view of which is really nice) you have access to stores, restaurants etc… very clean kept and neighbors are sweet! The property manager Sandy has been very helpful since the day I moved in. Maintaince guy ED is also helpful. If anything needs to be fixed changed or even looked at he will be at your door before you even know it. I definitely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a clean QUIET apartment. You can’t be the price these days.$1750 for 2 bedrooms and 1 bath at a great location.

My dad had moved to Garden City a few months ago. I am so happy and relieved he has a great, safe place to live. He enjoys living there. The property manager, Sandy was very accommodating and went above and beyond! I spoke to her on the phone a few times and she was always so pleasant and friendly. I’d recommend garden city apartments to all of my family and friends.

So i have lived at the property for 4 years and i can tell you that Sandy the Property Manager will do whatever she can to make you feel comfortable in this beautiful property. When i first moved in Sandy did a video tour with me so i can actually see the apartment i will be renting. She spent extra time to get me in and actually made me feel comfortable as she waited for me on my move in day which i was late for and than she gave my apartment keys to my Niece so that i could move in as I was late driving in from Georgia. When it comes to maintenance all i can say is that Ed is there and will call and fix anything that needs to fixed. The team at Garden City swapped out my washer and dryer for a new one and they also installed a ceiling fan in my living room. This property is a hidden

I have to say, I have had a great experience living here at Garden City. Clean property with friendly neighbors, and Staff. Sandy has always been there for us, and has been very helpful with info about the area as we are new to Cranston. She and Ed even helped us find our cat after we moved in and Fluffy got loose. Very quick response for needs and maintenance. The price is right, and we are happy. Great place to live and very safe.

Sandy is totally disrespectful, unprofessional and racist. I was looking for a new apartment and I found this residence, however, her treatment from the beginning has been disappointing. She made an appointment to see an apartment on Friday and when I arrived there was no one there. They agreed to call me on Monday and they never did. I have insisted three times and lost interest. I confirm all the previous references that mention her unprofessional attitude. I read them before going to request information without paying attention to them and even so I suffered from their bad attitude. There are better residences with better treatment, I am sure of that.
