Residences at Fox Pointe

They need to keep more maintenance on grounds keep up apts better

I had emailed them about a listing for a two bedroom at 775. They said they'd email me with updates within a few days, as it wasn't quite available. Touched base a few days later with no response. Checked the listing again this morning. It's currently available at 850. Super shady and unprofessional. Stay away from that kind of toxicity.

Just moved in a week ago and we love it so much. The price is very reasonable. The staff are very helpful. Had an issue with the light, put in the request online and maintenance staff showed up the next morning. Dan, the manager, is very professional. I was pleasantly surprised it is pretty nice and clean in the halllway. The washer and drier inside our apartment are so convenient. The last apartment I paid more, but it is not as nice as this place and it does not have washer and drier inside the apartment.

We have lived here for 3 years; this place is awesome. When we first moved in, our upstair neighbor was loud and disrespectful. We told Dan, the landlord, and he took care of it immediately. Whereas our friend at Papillion had a similar issue, but his landlord ignored him, and he had to move out. The maintenance here is great and quick. They always try their best to accommodate. Some tenants just have very unreasonable expectations. And you cannot beat the rental price, very affordable with dryer and washer inside the apartment. The only reason we moved out, because we got job offers from out of state. Thanks a lot Dan.

I lived there from August 2017 to around September 8th and I would highly recommend these apartments. Real good price for what you get. Landlord is very helpful and responsive to any inquires. I enjoyed my time there only needed to upgrade to a 3 bedroom so I had to find somewhere else, but these apartments are a good deal. Also right next to 680 which makes getting anywhere quick and easy.
