I’ve lived here over 13 years and love it. I enjoy the location: Close to Metro, restaurants and shopping - the ease of walking or a quick drive. I have a great apartment layout and the garage was certainly handy in the recent ice and snow. The property is clean and organized with an excellent staff. There is a new property manager and maintenance lead. Joseph in maintenance and Jeree and Eva in the leasing office are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to live!

When I first came to the property, Jeree Gray, Leasing Professional, gave me a warm welcome and was immensely helpful navigating living in a new community. Since then, Jeree provides excellent customer service,is always immediately accessible, and pays close attention to details. There is nothing Jeree won't do for the residents and always goes out of her way to take care of our needs. Jeree's professionalism and the warmth she exudes makes this a great place to live.

The conplex has gone down hill over the past few years and the area is overcrowded, but some of the office staff especially Jeree are amazing and have become part of our family. Im grateful to have her support. The biggest things that need improvement are more secured access to the building and instillment of noise control out front of the immediate building. make sure to get all agreements in writing. the company more often than not does not have your back. theyre a business.

The package room is truly impressive, completely transformed! Today I was able to locate my package with no issues. Over the past two months, management has made a clear effort to streamline deliveries by requiring carriers to log packages, making notifications more reliable and pickup much more convenient than in the past. Great improvement!
