I toured this property today and had a great experience. I’ve been living in The Gulch for the past two years and have been thinking about making a move, so I’ve seen my fair share of places around Nashville. For the first time since living here I have been to almost every event hosted by Alyssa Pride, She is AMAZING! I truly appreciate all the work she the team does behind the scenes to make this place feel like home. From painting and karaoke nights, movie nights, workouts events and fall pumpkin painting. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to anyplace downtown and I feel safe here. First time in an apartment as I have always owned a house so things are different but much more convenient and hassle free. Great amenities and a sleek modern well constructed home. Also, the Publix is downstairs! The staff here are amazing. Kherria Brown did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect unit and made sure I had all my ducks in a row for a hassle free move in.
