Residences at Brighton Marine

My father submitted an application in 2019. We received a response for the application being received. We never received the results or updates even after multiple follow ups. The experience was strange.

I recently broke my ankle and had surgery a month ago that put me in a wheelchair. I put in a reasonable accommodation form on 11/23. The electric plug has been installed, but I haven’t heard a word from the complex except maintenance who told me the beginning of last week (informally). I get updates from the social worker but nothing from management. In beginning to think it’s being slow walked. Most things here are excellent - this is aggravating.

This place is great! They provide affordable (it’s still expensive, but it is Boston) apartment to veterans, and the property is well managed. The staffs are friendly and very approachable during the work hours, plenty of parking space, pet friendly, and clean! The amount of rent they increase every year is reasonable as well. You really can’t find anywhere like this in Boston for this price.

I appreciate the effort that Lorraine, the secretary at Brighton Marine has made to assist me in the transition process. That said, It would have helped to have a handout that provided specific information about , among other things, how to adjust the thermostat, how to use the doorbell and intercom, putting money on the laundry card and other similar info about community services available at Brifhton Marine.

Staff is quick to resolve issues. Courteous and friendly as well.
