Residences at Belmont

I recently helped my daughter secure her first apartment at The Residence at Belmont in Fredericksburg, VA, and I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Because I was handling everything remotely, I had a lot of questions—and De Ana and Bianca in the office were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they answered every email, every question, and patiently walked us through the entire process step by step. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. Even without being physically present, they ensured everything was smooth, clear, and well-organized. Deanna and Bianca are true assets to this company and a genuine pleasure to work with. I moved in to the complex August 2024! Brittany Helped me find my perfect apartment! The entire process was smooth from the beginning! I absolutely love my neighbors, and everyone in the office as well as maintenance has been wonderful! If you are looking for an apartment in the Fredericksburg area, I highly suggest the Residences at Belmont!

They’ll come in your unit unannounced and without notice, there’s huge bugs out in the hallway/ common areas, and people leave their trash outside their doors for days including diapers and dog poop. Also cooked chicken bones everywhere so if you have a dog beware.

I moved in 2 months ago & it’s been pretty good. I had a few minor hiccups when I moved in, but maintenance took care of it quickly. The ladies in the leasing office were very helpful during the move in process.

I love my personal living space at the moment. Staff are AWESOME for ALL reasons. Whatever you made need or going through, they are right by your side. Always continue to render your OUT of the WORLD customer service.
