Residence at Discovery Square

They charged me double rent. I took my account off of auto pay when they were fixing it. They never told me it was fixed, then charged me a late fee on the second of the month. Refused to remove it even though I do not have a history of late payment. Lane Johnson is just terrible to people, seriously one of the worst representatives I’ve ever dealt with. I was so put off after lane insisted I pay the $100 late fee, I broke my lease that had 13 months left on it. No regrets, not my only problem and I will never rent with this terrible company again.

We were living here for about 7 months! Were the first tenant I guess so out apartment was super clean and beautiful. Just make sure to have everything documented with the staff cause we were told that we will get one month free of we extend our contract to a year! The management personnel changed and the new one denied the previous one!!! Also the fifth floor balcony does not have roof which is weird! The fitness room is super small! But the common area is great!

Mike was the leasing agent that helped me when i was looking for an apartment, was a very easy experience and they worked with me to get me into my new place.

Been here for a couple of months. I love the location and overall atmosphere of this apartment complex, but unfortunately, management has been a consistent issue. Maintenance requests take over a week to receive a response, which has been incredibly frustrating. While the property itself is great, other than a small gym, it is the lack of responsive management significantly impacts the living experience. If management improved communication and efficiency, this would be an ideal place to live.

Amazing!! Love love the common space, roof top terrace, media room. Sleek and clean. Love it!!
