BEFORE PAYING THE APPLICATION FEE; READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT. Everything looked great at the unit we applied for, but having worked in property management myself, I do actually read through me leases before signing. A lot of items raised some serious red flags. If yall are ok with what's in them, great. But PSA on properties, read the lease before spending a penny. ESPECIALLY nonrefundable fees such as the application. Also they pull your credit for applications as well, so check what youre applying for before you apply!🙏

I payed $50 and my girlfriend payed $50 for an application to one of their town homes. We got approved but the lease they provided was wild! Things like property taxes being passed onto the tenants, and even weapon restriction by owner. I called to see what this was about and was assured by the agent that they don’t actually do these things and it wouldn’t be an issue. But why would it be in the lease if it was never meant to be enforced? They wouldn’t change the contract when confronted. We also found out that our fish tank could be a problem after we payed them the fee. We saw an extreme lack of transparency and honesty within this company. Please read through their whole lease before renting from them. Response to commenter: when I applied for this rental I was only given two options.

Our maintenance team was incredibly professional from start to finish. Not only did they handle everything with care and respect, but they were outstanding overall—easy to talk to, genuine, and clearly committed to doing things the right way. I truly appreciated the experience.

They were so accommodating and quick to get us approved when we first applied. And maintenance has been very responsive and helpful the few times we’ve had an issue with something. We’ve enjoyed our time here and definitely would recommend the property!

Reside has been managing properties for me for several years. I was initially hesitant to engage with a property management company, but I'm so please with Reside and I wish I would have engaged with them earlier. Their staff is responsive, accountable and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend without reservation.
