I had a great experience working with Etty Salamon as my project manager. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of helping me move and get approved for my apartment. Etty was very proactive and made sure everything stayed on track. She always responded in a timely manner whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I especially appreciated how organized and attentive she was. She made sure all of my documents were submitted correctly, and whenever additional paperwork was needed, she provided it as quickly as possible. Her dedication, communication, and willingness to help made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. My experience with reside started off a lil rough but I understand they are helping 1,000 of people so we do have to be a bit patient and stay consistent my experience turned for the better when “ Etty Salamon “ took over my case she was consistent, helpful and really helped through the process.
