If I could, I would give them a 0, mainly because of how they treat residents/customers when problems arise, given that problems should not happen and should not be so serious. This is mainly the fault of the security company, which washes its hands of the matter by saying that it is an outside company, i.e., outsourced, but even so, they leave a lot to be desired... Furthermore, it seems that they hire/spend money on the security company just for fun, since in addition to compromising residents' private information, they also wash their hands of any responsibility if something happens to a car or even mail packages, which are often lost...
