Reserve on Kingsland

Came in yesterday inquiring about a unit spoke with the lady name Essences there , was super knowledgeable and super helpful , didnt feel peer-pressured into getting a unit or immediately applying . Gave me detailed information about applying after my lease is up next month . Definitely couldnt forget this review, her positive energy and aura definitely made my day . Yes, I had a very pleasant experience compared to other apartment complexes. Everybody was very patient and very helpful The other apartment complex complexes I have visited we’re very un tentative And very impatient and the property manager, Teresa Cain has been a dream to work with she made the application process go very smoothly and did not rush me so I do appreciate the leasing consultants and the management at this property and I can’t wait to start my new chapter here

Loved this place. Went this weekend to tour a unit and Teresa was the sweetest. She helped me with all the questions I had and helped me through the application process. I’m looking forward to Reserve being my new home. The complex it’s beautiful as well. Very well kept and clean.
