Reserve at South Ridge

I lived here since 2019, and it’s honestly disappointing how much this community has declined over the years. When I first moved in, it felt like the property was better maintained, concerns were addressed more reasonably, and there was more pride in the community overall. Now, it feels like the opposite. Maintenance has become a major issue. Repairs take far too long, and communication is consistently frustrating—lots of excuses, vague timelines, and “you’re on the list” responses, with little follow-through. I’m currently dealing with a broken dishwasher that’s been out for over a week despite multiple calls, which is just one example of the ongoing pattern. I used to love the place I have being here for almost 4 years. Rent is extremely high now and when you call or email for something to be fixed most of the time the will not come on time. I have been getting a loud noise from my refrigerator since I moved in here 2020 and it still makes the same noise they have come several times and now they don't even come to check it . I have a work order for it over 1 month now and when I email to see if someone was going to fix it I was told when they got someone they will let me now.

My brother's car got robbed here after being here for a little over a year. No security whatsoever, and little care for the students here too; they didn't clear out the snow in one of the MAIN ways students get home, putting them in the danger of the snow. The complex is pricey and for what? No care for the residents?

Julia is the best property manager ever! she is so attentive, communicative etc. I truly appreciated her, she has made our move our process such a breeze! I really enjoyed my time here, quiet, safe, friendly etc… The monthly rent is on the high side, but we have enjoyed all that south ridge has to offer!

My fiancé and I drove by yesterday accidentally and decided to get more information because the community looked like a good community. We did not have an appointment but on the door it stated the office was open at 11:00. It was 11:15 when we arrived and all of the doors were locked. My fiancé called and left a voice message and no one ever returned our call. Unfortunately we are not interested in this place anymore due to the office service we did not receive.
