Reserve at Quebec

Had a request for maintenance. Needed my closet shelf replaced because I somehow broke it. While Luis and Tony were here doing that they offered to placed a burned out bulb in my ceiling fan & light. Also I reminded them the fire alarm s weren't working. They tried new batteries and eventually had to go back to office 3cs to get new alarm because mine were defective. Also reminded I needed plug on my patio fixed, they fixed it. And since they were here asked them to look at my ice maker in freezer because it wouldn't shut off. So they did a lot more than just replacing the shelf which was really all they'd been informed to do today, I believe. So 5stars! Good job! Super nice guys and fixed everything I asked them to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My apartment flooded a few weeks ago and was told by management there’s not much they can do because it’s still “ livable”. The lady was absolutely disrespectful. The place is not livable at all. Every time I step into my unit I feel sick. There’s mold growing on the walls and is not safe what’s so ever.

GREAT SERVICE! The maintenance team at this apartment complex works diligently and consistently delivers the best results possible. The work completed was excellent and handled with great attention to detail. Shoutout to Luis and Tony!

Extremely Unsafe and Poorly Managed Living at The Reserve at Quebec has been a deeply disappointing and concerning experience. The property is poorly managed, with decisions clearly driven by cost-cutting and bonus incentives rather than resident safety or well-being. The community manager appears more focused on protecting her bonus than addressing serious issues that impact tenants. There have been multiple shootings within the complex, creating an environment that feels unsafe day and night. Children are often left unsupervised, and there was even an incident where a small child nearly drowned due to lack of adult supervision. Maintenance routinely performs work without proper licensing or adherence to safety regulations, again seemingly to avoid costs. Trash is frequently overflowin
