⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stephanie was incredibly welcoming from the very beginning and made me feel at home in the community. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, making the whole process smooth and easy to understand. The property itself is beautiful and well-kept. The pool has stayed clean and open throughout the summer, which has been a huge plus!!! and the overall community has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. What really stands out is Stephanie’s communication. She truly values every resident’s concern as if it were her own, and she makes sure to address issues promptly and professionally. It’s clear she cares about the community and the people who live here. And we love her too. I highly recommend Reserve at Lindsay to anyone looking.

I would like to say that my experience with Stephania at Reserve was very home welcoming and warm!!! In my years of apartment living and home searching I have never felt so important and welcomed to a community on the 1st visit like how this office did! She answered every question and explained every fee, I left with ZERO questions! Stephania provided several options to make my move in as smooth as possible! I have no current issues and most importantly NO ROACHES ! This apartment complex is not the same as in the previous reviews. Management companies changed and I can tell you that there is no roaches , I was referred here by a friend who states the same and I also happen to know 3 other residents who also have NO ROACHES. They don’t accommodate at all! When I first moved in my air didn’t work and it was in the middle of summer. I had to stay with family for the first week I was supposed to be in my new apartment. They wouldn’t adjust my rent or anything. They simple don’t care. You can be the cleanest person in the world but if you live here you’ll get bugs. Doesn’t matter what you do. You’ll be charged for a pest control fee every month even tho they don’t do anything to make a difference. An you have to ‘sign up’ for it every time or they won’t come but yet still charge you. I’m literally allergic to roaches and have expressed that to them multiple times and yet nothing is being done about it. Don’t move here nor their sister properties. There are roaches. Not just in one building but in at least one apartment in each building per the management staff. There’s no permanent solution either. Allegedly, they send pest control. I’ve purchased my own treatment items to no avail. It’s embarrassing and frustrating. I choose not to cook because I have roaches in my fridge and freezer. It looks good from the outside but I would recommend that you pass it by. I’m a current tenant as well that pays faithfully but have to live with roaches. Not cool. Called health dept- no help there either.

For the amount of money that they charge to live here you would think that they will have work in a minute and the upkeep of the property would be better. The management team is beyond ridiculous the property manager Olivia doesn't do her job to know degree. I have repeatedly put in maintenance ticket after maintenance ticket for my air conditioner to be fixed and yet they have one HVAC guy for all of these properties and they don't know when he'll be able to get to me but they want me to still pay my rent on time but whenever their maintenance has time is when they'll make it to you no telling how many tickets are in front of yours that have not been worked on. then they got two new people 1 named Caitlin and she is just another Olivia.
