I lived here for about a year as a sub-lease on my friends apartment. I had a decent stay, definitely enjoyed the pool and laundromat. The neighbors are really chill, never had a single issue with anyone staying there. The apartments were very basic and in decent shape. The only time I saw any bugs in the apartment was if I failed to take trash out and/or didn't do the dishes for several days. The issues I had with the complex were resolved within a timely manner. For example, there was a period of time when they were redoing the roofing and had to disconnect the parking lot lights. This concerned me as the complex has no gate, but the lights were back on as soon as they finished the roof. Given how affordable the units were, I certainly wouldn't mind staying here again.

Do not move here, unless you are looking for a temporary stay. It will leak, the water will be shut off, apartments will flood. The maintenance team is an absolute joke. They don't fix anything, just give it the landlord special. Please, I know it's cheaper, but it will be more bang for your buck anywhere else. This place should be shut down due to health hazards.

If I could give this apartment a zero star rating, I would. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to live here. Bug infestations are at an all-time high(especially roaches and wasps), and your mentality, as well as your furniture WILL pay the price for it. If you're down bad; and do decide to move into this rat hole, don't expect management to care about your health and well-being. Also, the usual 30-day notice has now been "upgraded" to a 60-day notice towards the end of everyone's leases. So if anyone is willing to put up with this migraine, then be prepared to not get your money's worth. You will get screwed over.

The office staff was very nice and helpful to get everything ready to get me approved. I love my apartment. It is so quiet here not like other places I have rented. I moved here from Oregon. I was nervous because I almost rented another place that was a nightmare. That’s way I gave them a 5 star rating.

Worst apartments in Conroe. They have bugs and a bad trash problem. Bathrooms are old and small. Honestly they need to be tore down and rebuild. Apartments have plumbing problems and the maintenance men only speak Spanish.
