Reserve at Forest Hills

They keep the main area clean the dayroom, pool, and gym. That's how far it goes on the positives.. now, if you like to be harassed by the following neighborhoods while trying to do anything in those main areas The reserves at forrest hills is the place for you. There is dog poop everywhere, trash and spider webs during the summer going up and down the stairs... they have security drive around the neighborhood at night that honestly isn't good for anything there are still break ins. And yes, I was a resident for my one year lease and got out of there. This is my personal experience, and if you read the reviews it's not just me.. please do your homework around the wilmington area before choosing this apartment complex

Me and my partner lived here for over a year. We broke our lease early because we couldn’t handle it anymore. The area is in a bad place since the neighborhood over causes MANY issues. Our cars got broken into numerous times, the pool gets broken into and we are also heavily harassed. The Reserve doesn’t do much to solve that issue. As well as our amenities are old and it’s difficult for maintenance to solve the issue, we lived on concrete floors while we were there, they were cracked and had concerning stains. Our neighbors around us had to be evicted since they caused issues and nobody felt safe. Me and my partner do not recommend this apartment complex, we felt unsafe and unseen. I typically do not post reviews but after living at the Annexe for almost a year I can say this is one of the worst managed properties I have been at. Within a month of moving in someone tried to break into our apartment, when we went to tell the office and request secruity footage they told us they have no security cameras. They also said we should probably do something about it because they were unable to help. We have went a week without air condition, had leaks in the sink, a stove that fell apart and our locks have had to be changed twice. The maintence people have been very accommodating but upper management needs to understand what is going on and FIX IT. Not to mention the parking situation. I have enjoyed living at the Reserve at Forest Hills for 7 years! The Office staff & Maintenance crew are amazing! They are professional, courteous, efficient & knowledgeable! This team is top notch and they will do anything to help you! I would recommend the Reserve to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live! Angie 🙏

My family and I have lived here since 2014 and we love it here. The management and maintenance staff have always been so kind and professional and are prompt to meet our needs and concerns in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend The Reserves At Forest Hills to my family and friends.
