Reserve at Easton

I have lived at Reserve at Easton for 4+ years, and I am beyond disappointed with what this place has become. My car window has been smashed multiple times. There was an attempted theft of my entire vehicle. Most recently, my work bag was stolen in broad daylight. Not overnight. Not in some hidden corner of the property. Broad daylight. That tells you everything about how safe (or unsafe) this complex really is. What’s worse than the crimes themselves is management’s complete lack of accountability. After multiple incidents, there has been no meaningful assistance, no urgency, and no visible effort to improve security. No increased patrols. No communication. No real concern. Janet R I've been living at Reserve At Easton for 11 years. I was here when the property changed ownership. They have a nice management team. If I have any issues with my payment they explain it to me in a timely manner. I appreciate the new update on the site that allows me to pay my rent online. The maintenance team is also nice and respectful during visits. They respond to maintenance calls within 48 hours or sooner. The property looks nice with the upgraded lighting & recently remodeled the pool area. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Living here has been a great experience. Since applying and moving in, the leasing office staff is always Kind, and willing to answer every question I have . The maintenance team is great and responds quickly whenever something needs attention. The community itself is well-kept, peaceful, and feels like home. I really appreciate how the staff goes out of their way to create a positive environment for residents. Thank you for providing a place where I feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of.

My Experience Living at Easton Apartments has been one disappointment after another. The management here is beyond disrespectful and completely unwilling to take responsibility for anything that happens on their property. One of the biggest issues is how residents constantly leave trash and junk piled up outside, making the property look neglected and dirty. Instead of holding those responsible accountable or improving how waste is handled, management does the opposite — they blame other residents for the mess. It’s unbelievable. Rather than addressing the real problem or enforcing basic community rules, they deflect and point fingers, creating unnecessary tension between tenants. Such a wonderful renovated apartment complex with very competitive pricing. Apartments are clean. Very quiet. Management is top notch. Nate oh my goodness. Such a understanding manager. Communicates with us asap. Makes sure any request are taken care of quickly. Rest of the staff are very sweet as well. Pool is so nice to bring your kiddos after a hard day at work. Nice chill area to wind down with swings. If you're looking for a nice, affordable place. This is it 😊
