DO NOT RENT HERE! Low quality appliances, dirty and unsafe property, lazy staff and not worth the money you spend living here. We called in to report that someone had hit the guard rail of their only nice sidewalk on the property and the guy said they've gotten several calls but that they're ''waiting for the green light'' to fix it. You'd think they'd want to get the glass and other sharp objects out of the way, so kids don't get hurt but instead they left it there until the next business day. Our washer and dryer broke three times and the second pair they got us was dirty on the inside and smelt bad, I had to ask them for a new one because of it. Had a great experience touring with Lexi a few days ago. She was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. The grounds, facilities, and units we toured all seemed to be in really good shape. Application process online was extensive, but fairly easy.

RENTERS BEWARE I had a lease with them from August 2024 to September 2025. We had a great time till then. They even knew my mother. Due to recent circumstances my husband and I bought a house and decided to move out early. We had an agreement to cancel renters insurance and I would just pay the rent until the apartment was rented out. They use an App called BILT which I was told anything I owed would show. I had the apartment deep cleaned before I turned the keys in, the only thing that probably needed to be done is the walls due to having kids. Nothing populated in the BILT app and I called multiple times with them not answering their phones. I turned my keys in by the beginning of June. Fast forward to today I received a call from a debt collector saying I owed them $500 for cleaning fee

My husband and I have been living here for eight months now and the apartment complex has gone downhill since we've been here. Here are some of the pros and cons we've found since moving here. Some of the good things here are the office staff and the get togethers that they host in the office. I don't have any complaints with the staff themselves, they're all very nice and helpful. I really enjoy the parties and events they host; it gives you a sense of community and they always have some good treats. Here are the things that we don't like about the complex. The AC here isn't good, most days it's 80-90 outside and the apartment is only a few degrees cooler than that. My husband and I always keep our AC set to 68, we prefer to have a colder living space and that's the lowest it goes. Ever

I’ve been living here for 8 months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I moved in, the management and staff have been incredibly welcoming and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable. The amenities here are top-notch— pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park, etc.. The maintenance team is also outstanding; they respond quickly to requests and keep the community well-maintained. Overall is a clean, safe, and friendly place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home in !
