I had an amazing experience with this company. The loan officers truly care about their customers. Specific shout out to my loan officer Jake Setser. He is a super hard and dedicated worker. You can tell he cares about what he does. From late hours to lots of paperwork he shows up for his clients. He will do everything in his power to make sure to close his client. We had a couple hiccups on the road to closing but Jake was great every step of the way. He's detailed and thorough with his work . He was super quick on communication and was patient with all my questions. He also has a lot of knowledge on the home buying process. He didn't let me down and was a blessing to my home buying journey.
