I lived here for 4.5 years. The management was great when Erin was in charge, then it changed. I went from living with a bunch of established neighbors to being the oldest neighbor in there by the time I left. New management was lazy and never knew the answers to my questions. Turnover in the office was very high and Courtney doesn’t care about the tenants. She never showed her face unless she had to and acted like it was an inconvenience. The move out process was a rip off. They charged me over $200 for paint primer bc three walls had small nail holes (that were filled in) from me hanging up my tv, clock, and shelves. The charges were not for the holes, but the primer to cover the holes. I found the exact primer for $15 a can at Walmart. Why is this an expense that I’m taking on? I had li

I love this community! They just recently painted the buildings and they look really nice. The two ladies in the office are so helpful and truly care about your needs. The maintenance staff is also great. Any time I have put in a work order they always come and take care of quickly. I would recommend to anyone!

It’s been an absolute nightmare leaving here. There is something that bangs on my ceiling in the middle of the night and has been preventing me from sleeping for the past 6 months. The problem is in the plumbing and I am told there is nothing they can do about it, if I get a response at all. I’ve also received unprofessional and passive aggressive emails from the front office regarding this. I was also told they are not magic workers when I asked for a solution. I have asked to move units several times as well as left a voicemail with venterra. No response. The worst complex I have ever lived in and I can’t wait to move out.

All in all, not a terrible place to live. I was there for 4 years and most of the time it was nice. Had a couple hiccups with neighbors but it was handled in person. Walls are very thin so any little thing going on next door is easily heard. AC system felt too big for a 1 bedroom so it was CONSTANTLY turning on and off, not running long enough to help control humidity which was constantly at 70% + inside the unit that they never really addressed after multiple work orders, while also driving my electric bill upwards of $200 for 800sq ft. . The vents and pipes had mold everywhere and it took 3 work requests for them to finally clean it. They only had 50mbps internet while I was there but are in the process of installing fiber when I left. It did feel safe walking around and coming home late

I'm very happy living here. This complex has been one of the best apartments I've lived in. The landscaping is kept nice. Very few dog droppings and trash because they walk the grounds and clean up. All 3 ladies in the office are very kind and honest. They communicate well and give updates through text and email when needed. I've never had someone from the office call me a few days after moving in just to check if things were going well and if I needed anything. There have been some community events like painting and free breakfast burritos. I never see any bugs in my apartment. Pool is nice. Workout room has quality equipment. Mostly quiet place with plenty of parking.
