i love rent rent ppm they have been great and attentive to maintenance issues. They have stayed on my case about the toys and fence that i'm not supposed to have up.They also understand and give me a little grace at times knowing i have a four year old son that plays hard outside ! i'm grateful for the understanding! i'm currently still living with them shout out to k.dukes and maintenance team y'all are great !

During my three-year stay in their townhouse, the rent increased dramatically each year despite no improvements being made. Everything was of poor quality, from cabinet hardware to plumbing. We experienced constant issues with toilets not flushing and backed-up sinks and showers. The property was infested with huge insects and mice that got into our closed food. The landlord never provided pest control, and some neighbors had to hire external services themselves. I left during the summer right before the apocalypse started, (bug problem) typically became unbearable. I documented maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning toilet that staff claimed was working fine. I have lived at my place for almost two years this June. My first time renting by myself and everything on my own. Kim, at RentPPM, has been such a godsent in taking time to answer every question I had, no matter how small. Any issue I've had with the townhouse I'm in, the maintenance staff has been there within 24 hours to fix it. I have recommended them multiple times over to friends, family, and even strangers asking about good places to rent. I will forever recommend them!

I've been a tenant of 3 years now. I'm happy here, it's a beautiful neighborhood and everyone is pretty friendly here. The Maintenance staff here is amazing. Dexter and Gary worked all day very hard on my Air conditioning unit that needed to be replaced but that isn't all. They made sure that I was comfortable during the time I had to wait until the unit arrived. Gary kept checking that AC that was in place never ran out of freon so that we didn't suffer. It apparently had a leak. I have MS so it's medically necessary for me to have AC and they cared enough to make sure I was taken care of.
