Renting The Coast Property Management

Customer service and communication was beyond awesome. While directly on HWY 98, the noise was mitigated by the fun of watching all the vehicles and the sunsets. At night the porch was lovely. I spent a lot of time there in very comfortable chairs. Was extremely dog friendly. Fortunately my dog was just big enough to be able to roam freely but a smaller dog could fit through the gaps. The sound machine in both bedrooms was great. So close to downtown there was much to see and do without driving. We didn't cook there but kitchen seemed well stocked with equipment to do so. Only negatives were no TP upon arrival and dirty tile floors. We are already anticipating a return visit for my birthday in October

We stayed at the Port Cottages in Port St Joe, highly recommended! Walking distance to the coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and the bay, lovely area! The Cottages have a swimming pool, the cottage was clean, and even had a washer/dryer! Mexico beach is a short drive away also! Great place for a weekend get-a-way or a week!

Our family had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for families. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, providing clear check-in instructions and local tips that helped us make the most of our trip. Sunsets (see pics) are breathtaking! We stayed during the 4th of July… fireworks on the beach did not disappoint! We are already planning for next year:)

Overall a great trip to the beach, Windmark is a very nice relaxed community! No crowds on the beach and very bike friendly!!! We enjoyed the home and the little touch the cleaners left with stingray towels really impressed the kids!! I also like that Gulf County allows beach fires, which is a great way to end the day!

Beautiful house, great customer service, would definitely rent this house again ..very clean and the property management team took VERY good care of us whenever an issue would arise. 10 out of 10 experience!!
