Had them as a management company for a couple of years and any time you try to suggest constructive criticism they threaten to drop you. They did repairs on a couple of my properties that were horrible. Additionally they couldn’t rent a property even though it had over 250+ inquires on it. Not sure how that is even possible but the more properties I added with them the worse they got. If you’re looking for someone you can reach out to easily and talk with on a day to day about your properties this is not the company. They’re too large of an operation to care if they lose your business or not.
