I initially met with Jackie Tom to view a property we were interested in renting. She was very pleasant, warm, and professional. Once we decided to apply to the unit, we dealt with Liz Pisco, who is another agent with this company. Liz was also great to work with and she acted quickly. San Francisco is a difficult rental market and we had our share of poor experiences so far with leasing agents; both Jackie and Liz were responsive and communicative, and our new landlord is also great. I would recommend working with them again (or listing with them, if you have a property you'd like to have them rent out for you).

One of the better ones in the city, well run and organized. They use Able Screening for credit reports. Straightforward process and favor email communication. Would love to be able to speak on the phone with someone more easily. Liz was very nice and communicative, as was Jackie and Falisha!
