Horrible and unethical company!!! My (then girlfriend, now wife) and I have NEVER experienced such a profound lack of professionalism from a rental company! Do not rent from Rentals and Renovations in Jackson, TN. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. While my wife was the named tenant on the lease, I was a lawful occupant of the unit and personally experienced and reported the conditions described below. From the beginning, legitimate maintenance concerns were routinely dismissed or minimized. After a storm-blown tree damaged the roof, water leaked directly into the interior ceiling through a hole that was left unrepaired. It took three days and SEVERAL phone calls before anything was done, during which time the water damage worsened. Even then, the interior water damage was never

Never rent from this place. The landlord is horrible. They never respond to any calls or texts. They ignore you and when you go into the office, they act slow as if they can’t help you with issues or any of that. Maintenance wise, they take their poor lil time coming out to fix stuff. I never rented from anyone like this and I WOULD NEVER rent from them again 👎🏾. 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend!

I currently rent with them, but I really actually like and approve their business. So in general anything MAJOR like when my shower head wouldn’t cut off and water was consistently running, that was treated in 24 hours or less. I did have a time where I wanted something fix but it was really more so because I wasn’t sure if it was mildew or mold. That took about a week, but I think it was because maintenance mixed up my unit, but when they realized it it was fixed within 24 hours. Which again wasn’t major. Now, if you don’t like to text at all this may not be the company for you, but I enjoy knowing we’re all on the same page when I ask questions. Now, they will call if I ask or if it’s really too much to text. So I won’t say you can’t never reach them. The properties look a lot better tha
