Inquired about a property through VRBO. Asked very reasonable questions like how close are neighbors, do they have boat rental recommendations, and does the home have AC. Kimberly, the owner, responded by telling me she doesn’t have time to “hold my hand” through the process. My family and I have been vacationing in up north wisconsin for decades and have always felt welcome. After getting a very rude response and none of my questions answered I called the business and Kimberly was the only one working. Kimberly swore at me and was beyond unprofessional. Tried rent a vrbo property from them.. they used my booking to drive up the price.. they claimed my information didn't come through.. didn't even contact me to let me know that.. shady if you ask me
