This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had in Richmond. The apartment was extremely dirty, and during my two-year stay, I encountered cockroaches, mice, and ants. The property manager consistently responded to messages late, often taking over a week to address issues. Despite electricity being included in the rent as per the lease agreement, I received several complaints from the property manager about excessive electricity usage, even during a month when I was away traveling for 15 days. The air conditioning unit broke multiple times, and every repair was delayed.
